We want you to cherish your new products just as much as we do. However, due to the unique nature of our offerings and the strict guidelines we follow, we regret that we are unable to facilitate exchanges, returns, or issue refunds for items that have been used or opened.
We kindly advise new customers to acquaint themselves with the product's ingredients and intended use to make an informed purchase decision. In the event of a faulty or damaged purchase, please contact us via email before returning the item. Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving it. Items must be sent back within the specified timeframe, regrettably we cannot accept returns after this period or for used products.
Please be aware that we cannot assume responsibility for packages lost during transit without evidence of delivery to us. Additionally, we cannot provide reimbursement for shipping costs on orders missed by customers.
